Join a guided group or 1-2-1 session for invigorating morning dips in fresh water watching the sunrise from the east. Learn about water safety and responsible location choices as you soak up the glowing horizon.

Walking barefoot on grass, earth and the forest floor is a scientificallproven way to ‘ground’ yourself as your body picks up free ions from the earth’s surface that act as antioxidants in your system and channel energy throughout your body.
