Our family of twelve collaborating nature-based micro-enterprises employ over forty local people (full time equivalent) with combined revenues over £2million. Five of these businesses are owner-managed. Comrie Croft Ltd - the mothership in the family - is a certified B-Corp owned by fifty local people, employees, family and friends. We’ve been a Real Living Wage employer and Gold level member of the Green Tourism Business Scheme since 2008.

Its sprawling landscape boasts diverse terrains, offering endless opportunities for mountain biking and hiking. With trails catering to all skill levels, from gentle slopes to challenging peaks, every adventurer finds their perfect route.

Mountain Biking - We are proud to be named one of the top mountain biking destinations in Scotland. Our award-winning mountain biking network extends for over 21km through the beautiful Strathearn hills and woods. Our trails offer a range of challenges for riders of all levels, from beginner to expert. Our team at Comrie Croft Bikes have an onsite bike shop and bike hire service which includes a range of hardtail mountain bikes, gravel, e-bike, road and children’s bike rentals. Experience mountain bike coaching with our award-winning coaches at the Flow School. Our coaches are qualified to the highest level and have years of experience will help equip you with the very best skills and knowledge for on the bike. Sessions range from beginners MTB courses to Mini Shredders classes for kids, private coaching and multi-day camps. 

Sauna - Step into Nowhere, a handcrafted, wood-fired sauna by the Mill Pond at Comrie Croft. Take the plunge into hot and cold therapy with our burn-fed plunge bath or waterfall bucket shower.

Walking and Hiking - Explore the scenic wonders of Perthshire and its unique flora and fauna on our local walking trails. Wander through lush woodlands and riverside paths, trace old drovers roads or climb Scotland’s ‘easiest’ Munro. Our trail guide offers a variety of walks to suit all abilities.
